Artemis Moon Mission Progress – The first piece of our Orion spacecraft’s pressure vessel for Artemis III has arrived at our Michoud Assembly Facility, where other pieces will soon arrive to be welded together to build the underlying structure. On Artemis III, Orion will carry astronauts to lunar orbit where they will transfer to a human landing system for an expedition to the surface of the Moon in 2024.
