(...) China está estableciendo o ya ha establecido un nivel de control de lluvia en todo el Tíbet y otras partes de China. Se instalarán decenas de miles de cámaras que queman combustible en las montañas tibetanas, con el objetivo de aumentar las precipitaciones en la región con hasta 10 mil millones de toneladas de lluvia al año.
