This paper presents the first comprehensive model uniting the engineering, astronomical, and ritual systems that achieved this accuracy. We propose a "sacred coordinate system" comprising three integrated elements: (1) astronomical observation of circumpolar stars established horizontal alignment through the Pedj Shes ceremony, (2) a central Djed pole-both engineering datum and ritual "backbone of Osiris"-maintained vertical control, and (3) the seked slope algorithm, verified by string lines, controlled face angles. The proposed 28-royal-cubit construction module is shown to be a scaled iteration of the 28-digit royal cubit itself, revealing a fractal metrological principle. This integration explains the progressive improvement in pyramid precision across Sneferu's three-pyramid "learning curve" and the subsequent decline after Khufu, when institutional knowledge fragmented. Pyramid Texts Utterance 321 provides direct textual confirmation that the king "ascends on the backbone of Osiris"-the central axis identified hieroglyphically as the Djed pillar. The hypothesis makes specific, testable predictions for the upcoming Explore the Great Pyramid (EGP) muon tomography mission: a vertical density anomaly along the central axis with structural discontinuities at 28-rc (~14.7m) intervals. This work reframes pyramid construction as ritualized measurement where technical precision and cosmic order were inseparable-the axis of Ma'at made manifest in stone. ...
