From a Western perspective, science is often viewed as the outcome of objective scientific methods and empirical research. This approach emphasizes the use of reason and logic in developing knowledge. On the other hand, the Islamic perspective acknowledges the importance of scientific methods in acquiring knowledge but also emphasizes the spiritual and revelatory dimensions in understanding reality. In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of these perspectives, examining the similarities and differences in the conceptions of science from both viewpoints. Literature studies and religious references were utilized to gain a comprehensive understanding of these perspectives.
