Making History: NASA and SpaceX Launch Astronauts to Space!

Countdown to Launch America
We are a "go" for NASA’s SpaceX Demo-2 test flight, the first launch of American astronauts on an American rocket from American soil to the International Space Station since the last space shuttle mission in 2011. And we would like you to join us for launch – at a safe virtual distance, of course.

As part of our Commercial Crew Program, NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley will fly on SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft to the space station. The mission, dubbed Launch America, is scheduled for launch at 4:33 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 27.
