Wilhelmina Drupsteen was a graphic designer, illustrator, mural painter, painter, designer, art teacher, lithographer, engraver and book binding designer. Her subjects were landscapes, still lifes, portraits, figure scenes and nudes.
She was educated at the State Normal School for Tick Education in Amsterdam, the National School of Applied Arts in Haarlem and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam from 1902 to 1906. She obtained a royal grant in 1906. Wilhelmina Drupsteen was a member of Arti et Amicitiae in Amsterdam, circa 1905 to 1929 and the Dutch Association of Craftsmen and Industrial Arts (VANK). She was a teacher at Dagtekenschool for girls in Amsterdam from 1904 to 1906.
